Here in Juiz de Fora, there are tens of thousands of people whose daily life involves pushing a cart through the street and searching through the garbage for things that can be sold to a recycling station. This includes plastic, metal, cardboard. etc. Many of these people live on the street, and some live in very poor housing.
They often meet in some park or on some street to sit down and have lunch together, usually buying a simple meal of rice beans and an egg, and sharing it among two or three people.
I've got an idea to begin evangelism through storying with one of these groups and am curious if any of you have had the experience of starting a church "on the street."
